A client contacted us to determine the best option to organize and implement the data feed of its new investment accounting platform and to explore the possibilities of leveraging other existing data management teams at other subsidiaries.
After a thorough analysis of the master data, market data and analytics requirements we built a business case to review the different possible options. This aided the management board decide how to mobilize the data management team of its principal asset management subsidiary.
We then participated in the definition of the target operating model, the data flow, the SLA and support of our client during the team building and during the first months of production activity. We involved, at that time, our consultants who contributed to the project, in order to achieve knowledge transfer to operating teams.
